The Waterpride Estates Story
The Waterpride team believe that there are too many canal marinas where moorers are treated like poor relations. These include noisy workshops and busy dry docks, disturbing peace and tranquillity – sound familiar?
The directors of Waterpride have built and operated canal marinas for over 30 years, and use this experience to offer the best mooring experience possible.
We keep our sites small; small enough for us to care about our moorers, but large enough to have all the facilities that they need. Our sites are built to the highest standard, with high security and cleanliness standards throughout. Ample, secure customer parking and storage available for rent means that moorers can be comfortable and confident in their mooring with Waterpride.
All sites have dedicated, friendly marina managers on hand to help, who live at the marinas and understand moorers' needs.

Canals in the UK
Stretching over 2000 miles throughout the country, the canals are a crucial part of the UK’s history. The waterway system was fundamental to British industry and economic development. After falling into disrepair, a number of canals have been restored and reopened in recent years, offering a fantastic and relaxed waterside lifestyle.

Such is their appeal, there are more boats on British canals now than there ever were in its commercial heyday! Visit The Canal and River Trust for more information on the canals and how they are being restored and preserved.
