Lady Lane Wharf is located on the beautiful North Stratford Canal at the junction with the feeder arm from the Earlswood Lakes.
The Wharf has been renovated to the highest standard by Greenford Ltd and is recently reopened. It is now one of the best mooring spots on the North Stratford Canal.
Boating and canal enthusiasts can look forward to enjoying the tranquility of canal cruising and take full advantage of the scenic route from urban and industrial Birmingham to the open countryside. Gather around one of the picnic tables, fire up the BBQ and enjoy spending time with loved ones!
Lady Lane Wharf has been specifically designed with moorers in mind. We offer clean, well-maintained facilities, private bathroom rental, outdoor fireplaces and communal areas, laundry and a wharf shop. The onsite Wharf Manager truly understands moorers needs.
Lady Lane has an exciting canal history as one of the earliest leisure cruising clubs, founded after the Second World War. It was the birthplace of the Stratford Canal Society which was responsible for the restoration of the Stratford Canal.

Once on land, Lady Lane has much to offer. Rolling countryside provides endless walking opportunities, and the Red Lion pub offers the perfect respite for a long day on the water - four legged friends welcome!
Earlswood has a full range of conveniences and the Lakes make the perfect spot for wildlife watching, picnics, fishing or sailing.

Caravans at Lady Lane have access to all facilities. These include constant hot showers and toilets cleaned multiple times daily. This also includes laundry facilities, washing up areas and various outdoor facilities. The site has high security throughout including a locked car park and secure perimeter fence. We are a Caravan and Motorhome Club Certificated Location.
All facilities access and utilities are included in the nightly pitch price of £23. All-inclusive means no extra charges for awnings, dogs, BBQ's or anything else!

We were looking for a local getaway with plenty to keep us occupied and we were not disappointed. The 5 CL pitches are all hard standing and fully serviced - right next to car park but as it’s winter not sitting out so no bother to us. There is seating around the Wharf and an undercover seating area which as weather improves ( we hope) will
be nice. Easy to book via email and got a prompt response off Ian who met us at the security gate and gave us lots of information & a quick tour round. Found plenty to do in fact enough that we added an extra night onto our 2 night stay. Walked both ways along canal both 8 miles there & back with a pub stop both ends. Recommend the Red Lion for service and great staff and the Blue Bell for its cider. Also walked around the Lakes and got many pictures of birds. This will be a regular ‘fancy a couple of nights away’ place for us to go.
Phone reception was patchy, which for us, was also a bonus

Absolutely fabulous place to stay in our motorhome, nothing too much trouble (we arrived after closing time, even had Ian jump-start our motorhome)
The bathrooms were spotless (underfloor heating a bonus) the communal fireplace was just brilliant.
People moored up so friendly. Pubs within walking distance (bonus) booked our return
journey already.

Lovely little CL site, beautiful walks and views of the canal. Ian was super informative and gave me a little tour... he was so welcoming and very helpful on our little weekend away.
All the guests and boat owners are so friendly and it couldn't have been a more perfect stay.

Fabulous CL . Great welcome from Simon who was incredibly helpful.
A nice walk along the canal and found the canal boat residents very keen to strike a conversation-
even treated our dog to a biscuit! We were only there for a night before heading to the NEC which is only a 30 min drive . Peaceful and compact . We will
be back!
A really lovely site.
Spent three nights here. Ian was so helpful and showed me where everything was. It's very secure and as a solo traveller, I felt very safe. The people on the boats are very friendly too.
Easy access to site and nice walks along the canal.
Red Lion within walking distance and a bakery not too far away that sells delicious bread and cakes with a small cafe area. EHU and water on each pitch. Will definitely
use again.

Lady Lane Wharf Car Park Upgrade!
The team at Lady Lane Wharf are pleased to announce the upgrade of the site car park, introducing improved footing and handy parking detail to help our visitors to park with ease.
The car park was completed in early 2022 and we hope that it enhances the experience for our guests!
