New Islington Marina is located in the trendy Northern Quarter of Manchester. The area has been undergoing a serious regeneration in recent years, of which the Marina has been the focus.

The marina comprises two basins which connect with the Rochdale Canal and Ashton Canal respectively.

The marina offers an exciting mooring opportunity for those looking to be in an urban environment, while enjoying all that the canals have to offer.

The Rochdale Canal basin features 33 residential and 7 visitor moorings. These include floating pontoons providing permanent residential moorings.

New Islington is located in Manchester's exciting Northern Quarter.

The area's ongoing regeneration includes 1400 new homes, a school, and a doctor's surgery, focused around the marina. The surrounding Cotton Field Park has undergone major renovation and the area is attracting a number of new businesses. The North side of the marina has two exciting tenants - artisan bakery Pollen, and Cask bar. The area is popular with young professionals and families seeking the urban oasis that New Islington has to offer. 

 

The marina is just a few minutes' walk from the New Islington tram stop with direct links around the city and one stop from Piccadilly with national connections.
